Doula Training
Doula Training: Doula services are in high demand, especially in communities that prioritize maternal health and holistic care. Training formerly incarcerated women as doulas provides them with a marketable skill in a growing field, allowing them to earn a stable income and achieve economic independence. This empowerment reduces the likelihood of recidivism, as economic stability is a key factor in successful reintegration.

Digital Literacy
Digital literacy is key to accessing resources that support reentry, such as housing applications, legal aid, and social services, many of which are now online. Being digitally literate allows formerly incarcerated individuals to take full advantage of these resources, helping them reintegrate into society more smoothly and independently..

Vocational Learning
Vocational training provides post-incarcerated individuals with specific, job-ready skills that are directly applicable in the workforce. These skills make them more attractive to employers, increasing their chances of securing stable, well-paying jobs. This is particularly important as many employers may be hesitant to hire individuals with criminal records; having a vocational skill set can help overcome this barrier.
